This was on a Thursday. On Monday I called to find out if the doctor had filled out the documents. The office manager did not answer the phone and I left a message on her voice mail. Tuesday I left another message and then called again and talked to a lady in the office who told me that it was not the responsibility of the office manager but of Hope, the lady who takes care of the insurance claims. So I called Hope's extension and because of no answer I was forced to leave yet another voice mail. On Wednesday still nobody had returned any of my calls and I called her again and left another voice mail reminding her that the time to send them back was about to expire. Thursday, still no answer. I called the clinic and talked to the receptionist and explained to her what was going on. It had been a week and nobody in that office had ever answered to any of my 5 calls. The receptionist told me they were very busy with the kids going back to school. What kind of an excuse is that? So today I'm going to pick up our records and we will not go back.
On one occasion I showed up for my appointment only to find out half hour later that the lady I had spoke on the phone with had scheduled me for the same day but on the following week.
We have Tricare and the clinic does not accept it so we self pay every time we go and then file with our insurance.
I see Dr. Dias. She is very sweet and compationate. Examines thoroughly, listens and is happy to answer any questions you may have.

I have never had any problems with insurance being that I have BCBS. Also they get my paper work and lab results to me in a timely manner. I have switched to this practice from a practice I went to for 25 years. Waiting time is never an issue and staff is friendly. I would recommend this practice to family and friends.
I've left the papers with the receptionist and she told me she would give them to the office manager. I told her the papers were time sensitive and needed to be mailed back within 10 days.
A word of caution to all who are going at this clinic: be aware of the staff they will not answer the phone or return your calls especially when is back to school time.
People are not nice and get mad when you treat them like they treat you. I was refused treatment when the ER told me to come back to Dr. Born. They just want to get you hooked on " legal" drugs and refuse them to you. I had to go back to the ER again , these people should not have a practice and should be looked into which is coming. Diane the person who " runs " this practice is not an MD and has no right to tell a patient we refuse to treat you. Go somewhere else or to the ER before going here!!!
Doctor King is still a great doctor but the staff has changed and because of their incompetence and lack of professionalism my husband and I will find another doctor for our future needs.
Somehow doctor Tate is not recognized by Tricare and when I filed my husband claims for a total of $251.00 Tricare did not pay but sent back some paperwork for the doctor to fill out so we could get reimbursed.
I came back to the clinic after a 4 year absence and I have to say I'm extremely disappointed.
These incompetent people cost us a lot of aggravation and $251.00.
